February has seen cold weather and lots of snow which hasn't slowed the pace of real estate in Etobicoke. There were 100 new listings of homes and condos that hit the market for the week of Feb 13-19 2011, which is another record for the year. There were only 13 price reductions and a record 52 sales for the week.As talks of the variable rate creeping up next month, buyers are eating up all the good inventory that comes on the market.
